Medical DepartmentA clinical specialty area (e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, General Medicine)
Vital SignsKey physiological measurements (temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.)
Clinical ProcedureA medical procedure performed on a patient (e.g., ECG, Wound Dressing, Minor Surgery)
ObservationA clinical finding or measurement, following FHIR standards
Diagnostic ReportA formal lab or imaging report containing observations and conclusions
Inpatient RecordThe admission-to-discharge record for a patient staying in the facility
Service RequestAn order for a healthcare service (medication, lab test, procedure, or therapy)
