Cancel / Reschedule Appointment

Cancelling an Appointment

  1. Open the Patient Appointment record
  2. Click Cancel in the top menu
  3. The status changes to Cancelled
  4. If an invoice was auto-generated, you'll be prompted to handle it

Rescheduling an Appointment

  1. Open the existing appointment
  2. Click Reschedule (or create a new appointment and cancel the old one)
  3. Select the new date and time from available slots
  4. The system updates the appointment and notifies the patient (if notifications are enabled)
