Cancel / Reschedule Appointment
Cancelling an Appointment
- Open the Patient Appointment record
- Click Cancel in the top menu
- The status changes to Cancelled
- If an invoice was auto-generated, you'll be prompted to handle it
Rescheduling an Appointment
- Open the existing appointment
- Click Reschedule (or create a new appointment and cancel the old one)
- Select the new date and time from available slots
- The system updates the appointment and notifies the patient (if notifications are enabled)
