The Patient Encounter is the core clinical document in Biograph. It represents a consultation between a practitioner and a patient, capturing everything that happens during the visit — complaints, diagnoses, prescriptions, and clinical notes.

Think of it as the digital equivalent of the doctor's consultation notes — a comprehensive record of what the patient reported, what the doctor found, and what was prescribed or ordered.
